Introduction
Hello and welcome to ivgecig.co.uk! We’ve drafted these Terms of Service. So it’s easy for you to see what’s going to happen when you visit our site and shop with us. By visiting or shopping with us, you’re accepting these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and other connected rules. You might be simply browsing, buying something, or have an account created, but they apply to all of you in the same way.
Purchase and Contract Formation
When you purchase from our website, you’re actually making an offer to purchase on these Terms. We consider the sale complete when you have received that email from us indicating we’ve created your order from our system. Sometimes, we may need to reject or cancel an order. (usually we do this when we’ve had stock problems or there’s some payment processing problem)
Our finance department checks each and every transaction twice for validity, applying the same criteria that we define in our Payment Methods policy.
Prices and Payment
Any prices displayed on ivgecig.co.uk are in British Pounds (£) and including relevant UK taxes. We’re also up-front about delivery charges – you’ll see those directly on checkout.
We take all of the payment options you’d expect to see: PayPal, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers (including Klarna). Payment in advance at the time of ordering is required unless we’ve agreed otherwise beforehand.
Delivery and Fulfilment
Once your payment has cleared, our warehouse staff pack your goods for despatch immediately. Delivery times do differ based on where you are and which courier we use, but in the UK we prefer to be 2-5 working days.
Title to and ownership of the goods pass to you when they arrive at the address given to us. In the unlikely event of some unexpected event happening – such as bad weather or other external circumstances outside our control. We will contact you immediately to talk over your alternatives and inform you.

Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal
As a UK customer, you are entitled to every bit of consumer protection law. So you can exercise your right to return within 30 days of receipt of goods. In order to keep things simple, returned goods must be un-used, in original packaging, and complete with all original accessories.

User Obligations
We hope you will use ivgecig.co.uk lawfully only. Your own information you give us should be true and up to date. Our systems perform at their best when they contain the correct details. Also, we do not permit distribution of malicious software, intruder attempts, or fraud. Accounts that we determine are being used for abuse can be suspended or closed.
Limitation of Liability
Although we try our best to be accurate and reliable in all we do, ivgecig.co.uk is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that may occur as a result of the use of our website or products. If we were held liable at all, the limit would be the price paid for the relevant goods.
All of which apart, however, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for the really bad things – death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for blatant fraud.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising hereunder will be determined solely by the courts of England and Wales – something that our lawyers suggest we make nice and clear.
Updates to These Terms
We can change these Terms at any time to better reflect how we operate, the law, or technology. If we do make changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new “Last Updated” date. If you keep using our site after updates are posted, we’ll be taking it that you’re accepting the updated Terms.
